Not only clothing industry specialists and well-known fashion designers consider bamboo fabric as one of the most promising materials for the future.

Bamboo fabric naturally contains "bamboo-kun", a bacteriostatic agent. This agent remains in the bamboo fabric throughout the processing cycle, and bamboo textiles thus retain the same anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties as any bamboo freely growing in the nature. As a result, not only does the bamboo fabric prevent the proliferation of bacteria that cause the unpleasant smell of human sweat, it is also resistant to fungi, yeast and mildew. This ensure a longer useful life of bamboo textiles and their better color stability.

In its laboratory tests, JTIA (Japan Textile Inspection Association) found out that 99.8% of the Staphylococcus aureus bacteria placed on bamboo fabrics died within 24 hours. Their study further showed that bamboo fabric retains its anti-bacterial qualities even after 50 washing cycles. Therefore, the aforementioned properties are one of the reasons why bamboo textiles are recommended for people with sensitive skin and various forms of skin allergies.

Soy fabric is a new natural textile material. It is very soft with a nearly silky feel to the touch, yet very durable too. It ideally transports perspiration away from the skin, has a pleasant feel during wearing and has anti-allergic properties; moreover, it is resistant to microorganisms. As a natural material, it allows your skin to "breathe". Soy fabric can absorb up to 99.7% of ultraviolet rays, which is rather unimportant for underwear but it is a benefit. Unlike cotton, for example, soy plants need no pesticides to grow; therefore, growing soy is a much more nature-friendly process.

Since soy fabric adds a kind of patina to soy textiles, their colors tend to be rather subdued and matt. Do not miss the comfort and soft feel connected with wearing clothing made of soy textiles. In the future we plan to extend our collection with more cuts and colors. The MOLVY SWIMWEAR 09 collection has been designed for the mainstream customer. Besides the popular bikini cuts and shining summer colors, the women's line also brings you the classic cuts of top-and-bottom and single-piece swimsuits in decent black-and-white combinations or light shades of turquoise and powder pink. The girls' collection offers subdued pastel colors of pink, turquoise and light green. In the boys' and men's line, this year we bring you the ever more popular surf shorts with attractive cuts and summer patterns. For the traditionally oriented customers, we still make men's and boys' swimsuits of the classic boxer and urban brief cuts and in trendy colors.

It extends our textile product range with a new line of "Home Textiles".

A new addition to our range of products, the new brand brings you products in the "Home Textiles" category. It includes a line of bathrobes and leisurewear, bed linen and sheets, towels and bath towels and other textile products for the home use, mostly made of cotton materials.

AVAX started the new year of 2009 in its new headquarters. Completed in the autumn of 2008, the building is used by our teams for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Russia, who began to work in their new offices in January 2009.

The new office building includes a large showroom where the full collections of all our brands are presented. Our staff can also use pleasantly designed meeting rooms, with their offices divided by departments. The headquarters are used by our top management, Accounting, Marketing, Product Development, Sales and Distribution departments.
